How do I get my digital images to photoreform?
Email your digital images or scan your prints and email them to Reform@photoreform.com as an attachment. For more information see the Scanning and Emailing Guide.
How much will it cost?
Our Samples with Pricing are a good guide for guestimating your cost. Your emailed images will be reviewed and a free estimate given. Editing will begin when you accept the estimate but you are not obligated to pay until you are 100% satisfied with the editing performed.
What if I don't like the "photoreform"?
If you are not satisfied with the "reformed" image we will make another attempt to fix what you don't like. If you are not 100% satisfied with our second attempt you will not be charged.
How do I get prints?
Once satisfied you will need to make a payment through paypal (you do not need a paypal account to make a payment). When your payment is received a full size image without copyright stamping will be emailed to you. You can now upload your image to any online photo store such as Smugmug.com or Zazzle.com where you can order prints, framed prints, or even prints on T shirts, mugs, magnets and many other gift items. Printing on your home printer is another option.
I don't have a scanner, what do I do?
Bring your photos to Fedex Kinko's and they can scan and email your images to us. Make sure they scan your images at 300 dpi minimum. 600 dpi is recommended for prints smaller than 5"X7". Let them know the image needs to be a JPG (JPEG). Email images to Reform@photoreform.com. Make sure to include your return email address as well as what you would like accomplished with each image. What types of files do you accept?
JPG, TIFF, TGA, BMP, RAW, NEF, and PSD files are all acceptable. DPI should be set at 300 DPI; 600 DPI on smaller images (less than 5"X7")
How long do I have to wait for my images to be reformed?
Your images should be completed within 3 business days. Many images are reformed within 24hrs. If there is a backlog, you will be informed at the time of the estimate if there is a longer than 3 day turnaround time. If there is a time constraint let us know and we will let you know with the estimate whether we can meet your deadline.
Do I need a Paypal Account to order?
No. You do not need a Paypal account. Paypal provides secure payment with your MasterCard, VISA, Discover and some Bank Cards and you do not need a Paypal account when using your Credit Card. There are no administrative fees charged to the customer for Paypal services.
When do I pay?
A "copyright stamped" small file image will be emailed to you upon editing completion for your viewing and approval. When satisfied you will be required to make a payment through Paypal. When payment is received you will be emailed the full size image without the copyright stamp.
What if I think of "one more thing" I need reformed on an image you've already started?
Email or call in your additional request and we will make it happen. If there is considerable extra work involved we may need to adjust the estimate.
